The ETH spin-off Drone Harmony AG has developed software for automated data acquisition using drones. Flights can be planned “at the desk” and are then executed automatically. The main application areas are the monitoring of buildings and infrastructure assets, for example to identify weak points for repair in telecommunication antennas, railroad networks or roads, as well as the monitoring of terrain to automatically detect changes over time (e.g. landslides).
