The ETH spin-off Tinamu Labs has patented a software that enables the safe, automated operation of drones at locations without GPS reception (e.g. inside buildings or infrastructure objects). The solution enables automatic, risk-free and cost-efficient scanning of hard-to-reach, remote and/or high-risk objects (e.g. for repetitive security checks or inventories). Customers are found in the energy, commodity and infrastructure sectors.
