The EPFL spin-off AICA SA produces software that can automatically program robots to perform non-static tasks. The software is manufacturer-independent and compatible with the most important robot systems. It enables companies of all sizes to automate non-linear tasks. AICA combines reinforcement learning and close-loop force control to give robots a sense of touch as well as the ability to learn and adapt autonomously.
