New Investment in Construction Project Optimization Software
We are very pleased to announce the next investment of the Spicehaus Swiss Venture Fund II today. The Fund has already built a portfolio of five technology companies
- Vyzn provides an AI-powered SaaS platform that automates the analysis, optimization, and sustainability assessment of construction and real estate projects, reducing manual model correction work and resource waste by up to 50%.
- The platform enables users to upload building information models (BIM) and 3D models, automatically detect and fix errors, simulate hundreds of design and material alternatives, and generate data-driven insights for cost, emission (LCA), and certification requirements such as Minergie and SNBS.
- Designed for project developers, engineering firms, and planning consultants, Vyzn combines ecological and economic objectives in one modular, API-based solution that supports certification, scalability, and integration with specialized tools like energy or fire safety simulations.
- The company was founded by a team that combines strong expertise in software, architecture, and sustainability.
- Adrian Henke (CEO) is a seasoned tech entrepreneur and software architect with over 15 years of experience in startups and corporates.
- Dr. Romana Rust (CTO) brings a PhD in architecture and digital fabrication from ETH Zurich and several years of postdoctoral research at ETHZ and EPFL.
- Martino Tschudi (COO) complements the team with a background in environmental engineering from ETH Zurich and additional management and economics training.
- The company already serves more than 50 clients in Switzerland. At the beginning of next year, it plans to expand to Germany, followed by the Nordics towards the end of the year.
- The financing round was led by Spicehaus Swiss Venture Fund II, together with Kiilto Ventures, a Nordic fund specializing in PropTech, and other investors.
